Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Affordable Cars for Sale, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us.
Vehicle Purchases
Customers may request a refund in accordance with the terms of their purchase agreement. Refund eligibility, applicable deductions, and processing times may vary depending on the circumstances of the transaction.
Reservation/Hold Payments
If a vehicle cannot be provided as agreed, the applicable reservation payment will be refunded according to the terms provided at the time of payment. Customers who cancel voluntarily may be subject to the cancellation terms disclosed before payment.
Delivery Payments
If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within our responsibility, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with the applicable purchase or delivery agreement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
For questions or to request a refund, contact our customer service team with your name, order reference, reason for the request, and payment receipt. Do not send full card or bank account numbers. Ask the team to confirm receipt and explain the next steps.
No universal 30-day return promise applies to every listing. Read your specific agreement before payment. Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
